Reiki Treatments,Sage Cleansing, Chakra Balancing 

I am a Certified Reiki Master Teacher/Practitioner. My person journey began when I turned 40.  I had an awakening and my focus was improving my wellbeing.  Alternative medicine was for me all day long.  I studied and became a Certified Integrated Nutrition Health Coach. Successfully lost 30 pounds by healing myself, eliminating food, people, and unhealthy environments that had aided in my weight gain.  I was suffering from chronic kidney stones. That resulted in numerous inpatient hospital surgeries. I’m happy to say I have been kidney stone free for over 3 years.  During that time my mammogram had detected a non cancerous lump. Which was enlarged and painful at times. I started immediately healing myself with Reiki Energy, and the lump began to shrink in size. Now I am having mammograms yearly instead of every 6 months along with a breast ultrasound.  I’m a passionate healer with an alternative approach and am dedicated to helping my patients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible. My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each patient to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them.
